Team Sonic Racing adds a fun, new twist to the colorfully tried-and-true, driftastic Sega / Sumo gameplay... play with friends instead of against them!

Teaming up with friends to charge your Ultimate Meter is what will get you and your friends across that finish line in first place. Whether your’e doing an Item Box Transfer, remaining in your teammate’s trail to activate a Slingshot, utilizing a Wisp from Sonic Colors for an advantage, or waiting to activate the Team Ultimate invincibility boost, Team Sonic Racing has you working together to best the rest!

The Team Sonic Racing engineering crew also sees Crush 40 behind the wheel in the audio department with another collaboration between composer Jun Senoue (Sonic Adventure series, ) and vocalist Johnny Gioelli, with the song ‘Green Light Ride’.

Additionally, if you are a fan of Jun Senoue and Crush 40’s previous works (Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, and more.) then you are in for a real treat, as Team Sonic Racing has that trademark Senoue sound that lends itself perfectly to the game’s world and atmosphere with some nice musical nods to Sonic games of yore as well, including the Sega Saturn classic ‘Sonic R’ (soundtrack available on Apple Music and Spotify).
